We're super excited to announce we will be running a 6-week Strength and Mobility Boot Camp this summer! ☀️

Our ultimate goal for this Boot Camp is to help others feel better, move well, and perform their best! 💪

So why a Mobility and Strength Training Boot Camp?
Mobility involves the joints and their movement in relation to their full range of motion. Simply put, your mobility determines how easily and efficiently you can move, while strength can be thought of as the ability to lift heavy objects (including your own body).
Regardless of if you’ve been working out consistently for years, are new to exercising, or don’t exercise at all, mobility and strength play vital roles in one’s everyday life.
So whether you’re an athlete or competitive weightlifter, someone who works out once a week or five times a week, someone who prefers only walking or running, or none of the above, this is a Boot Camp you can benefit from!
