Yesterday, we had the honor of hosting a very special class with the incredible Michael Zerner — author, teacher, and inspiration to thousands over his 46+ years of yoga and meditation practice. 🧘‍♂️💜

The energy in the room was unforgettable — filled with grounding wisdom, laughter, and deep connection. 🌿 Many left feeling lighter, more centered, and truly inspired.

We are also so grateful that all proceeds supported Women of Toledo, helping empower girls and women right here in our community. 🙏💫

To everyone who showed up, shared their practice, and supported this cause — thank you from the bottom of our hearts. 💕

A sacred space for women to gather in ritual, reflection, and sisterhood.
Each month on the 3rd Friday, we align with the lunar rhythms and the wisdom of nature — through breath, gentle movement, meditation, and journaling. 🌿

Rites of Passage – Reflections on How Far I’ve Come.
We meet just after July’s Buck Moon — a time of growth, maturity, and emotional clarity. Together, we’ll honor the journey we’ve walked, and gently draw the line between what we choose to carry forward… and what we’re finally ready to lay down.

On May 21 we had the incredible honor of welcoming our beloved teacher, Swamini Shraddhananda Saraswati, to Inner Charm Yoga. ✨ Her visit was nothing short of transformative.

Swamini-ji brought her deep wisdom, radiant presence, and decades of spiritual insight to our space, guiding us through a heartfelt and powerful workshop that uplifted every soul in the room. Her teachings reminded us what it means to walk the path of truth, peace, devotion, and inner connection.🙏

It was a blessing to have her travel all the way from Pennsylvania to bless our studio, hold sacred space, and meet the beautiful community we’re building together here in Perrysburg. 💛

To everyone who joined us—thank you for showing up with open hearts. And to those who couldn’t make it, we hope to welcome Swamini-ji again in the future for another unforgettable gathering. 🕊️
