Valerie helps individuals rediscover joy, peace, purpose, and connection so they can embrace the life they deserve.

She also supports parents and caregivers seeking diagnostic assessments, resources, and treatment recommendations for children who may be showing symptoms of ADHD or autism. Valerie currently offers ADHD assessments for children and adults, with autism assessments coming soon.

A clinical psychologist and licensed social worker (LISW-S, LMSW) with nearly 30 years of experience, Valerie is certified in DBT, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder. She has worked across diverse settings and is committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive care.
