This week starts a new 4 week program for our small group training classes!

The benefit for you?

When you follow a program it simply provides better results!

We don’t just offer a bench of randomly chosen exercises for the workout that day.

You get a workout program designed and thought through by a team of coaches that have your best interests at heart.

You consistently get better. Move better, feel better, get stronger week to week and effectively build muscle + lose body fat more efficiently.

We create our workouts in 4 week time blocks.

It’s enough variety to keep things interesting and leave you always wanting to come back for more!

Week 1 - your body is learning new exercises and developing new mind muscle connections!

Week 2 - perfect it! Your body is now familiar with the new exercises, so this week work on adding weight or trying to hit the higher end of the rep ranges on strength days.

Week 3 - you got the technique down and now its time to possibly bump things up again. You should notice the intensity of the workout picks up a bit with all your new found strength 😉

Week 4 - this is the week where you can challenge yourself the most. Try for more reps, more weight, a more challenging body position and a more intense pace on a specific cardio machines.

Week 5 - New Class Cycle Begins!

You can jump into our group program at any point and our expert coaching team will help guide you on exactly where to start based on your goals and your body.

🌟 Member Highlight: Kiley M🌟

“Throughout my career I have lived in many states traveling all over the country. I have never come across a gym as truly special as Renegade.

After having to step away for the last two and a half years I’m so happy to be back.

The rower and I have had a love more hate relationship for the better part of a decade. A few weeks back Coach Stephanie said straighter back and push off with your heels. Well I listened as I catapulted myself right off the seat.

Sitting there completely stuck and laughing I finally found joy in a movement that I considered my arch nemesis.

My coaches, gym mates, and nutrition program have taught me to find joy in my journey. Because of this I have discovered the best version of myself through nutrition and strength.

The biggest impact has been on my children. They love coming to the gym and watching me through the window. My son is always lifting heavy things and my daughter always wants to see the muscles.

They felt at home from day one. I’m sure the cookies helped.

Renegade has become part of my family and I can’t imagine without it.”

Looking to get back into exercise now that summer is over or starting brand new?

Here are 5 tips to keep in mind when starting or restarting!

1. You don’t have to be extremely sore and crippled after every single workout to make progress.

2. Cardio is great for your overall health but it doesn’t burn as many calories as you think.

3. Building Muscle is one of the best ways to burn calories and support fat loss.

4. You can’t spot reduce body fat. Your body as a whole will reduce body fat and some areas will simply take longer than others.

5. You have to be patient and go at your own pace, this a process. Results are not going to happen as quickly as you like.

Stay consistent and you will get there!

No matter what your starting point is right now, we are here ready to meet you where you’re at.

Social Saturday Success at Renegade Perrysburg!

Our very first community event was a blast this past weekend, it was so great meeting new faces and seeing everyone outside of their workout gear for a change. 😎💙

Judging by the popcorn left on the floor, we’d say the kids had more fun than the adults watching the indoor movie screen 🍿😂.

What’s Happening:

Meet & Greet with Chris & Jen, the new owners of Renegade Perrysburg (a great chance to connect with us and other members outside of your normal workout slot!)

Family-friendly movie (Zootopia!) starting at 7:30 PM on a theater-style screen indoors (and weather permitting, we may take it outside).

What to Bring:

Chairs/blankets to sit on (whether we’re indoors or outdoors)

Your own drinks (BYO)

The Vibe:
Casual, family-friendly, and flexible—come anytime between 6–7:30 to say hi, stay for the movie, or just hang out for a bit.

Stay as long as you’d like—we’re looking forward to connecting, relaxing, and sharing a fun night with our new gym fam!

August is here! A new month means another 4 weeks to make a commitment to ourselves to prioritize our health!

Have you already committed in your schedule at least 2 weekly workouts at Renegade this month?

We understand it can be difficult to find a balance between yourself and your other priorities right now.

Seasons are changing, schools starts back soon and our routines might slightly be adjusted.

Reminder👉Physical + Mental health is critical to our overall well being which is especially important when life is extra stressful.

Carving out time to ensure your mind and body are in a good place will improve other areas of your life as well.

If you haven’t scheduled your workouts for the month of August. Take some time this weekend to get them planned out and set in your calendar. 🗓
