Hospice of Northwest Ohio Hospice of Northwest Ohio turns no one away due to inability to pay. Again, we would ask you to DM or call us to discuss a particular situation.

We encourage your comments on Hospice of Northwest Ohio’s page, and hope you will like, comment on or share our posts with friends. If you have a specific question related to patient care, we ask you to DM us or call 419-661-4001 to speak directly to someone at Hospice. For your own privacy and that of your family, you should consider carefully how much detailed personal medical information linked to your name you want published on the Internet. Tom was a Toledo Firefighter for 37 years. He served most of that time at Station 7. Recently, he has been under the care of Hospice of Northwest Ohio facing end-stage Huntington's Disease. His family, Hospice care team, staff from Landings of Oregon (where he lives) and members of TFRD arranged for a special reception for him at the Toledo Fire Fighter Museum this week. Retired and current TFRD members (along with trucks from his old station) and family members gathered to celebrate Tom. We are honored to be able to help patients achieve goals and wishes through our Positive Memories program.

Visitors and families can expect to see equipment and work crews over the next several months at the Knight Hospice Center in Perrysburg. This is all a part of a large project to replace our 30-year old HVAC system. Care is being taken to reduce impact on patients during this time. Thank you for your understanding.
