Most people do not realize that plant-based medicine was historically a central part of medical care
🌱
In the early 1900s the Flexner Report transformed how physicians were trained standardizing scientific rigor
but also accelerating a shift toward pharmaceutical-driven models
At the same time synthetic drug manufacturing — including compounds derived from petroleum chemistry — became scalable and highly profitable
💰
Many traditional botanical therapies were removed from formal training programs
😭
Fast forward to today
Even therapies considered “bioidentical” or more physiologic — like transdermal estrogen — are often delivered through synthetic patch systems that use petroleum-derived polymers or adhesives
😮
Now we are witnessing a re-awakening
toward root-cause medicine, metabolic health, hormone optimization and evidence-informed botanical support

It’s pointing them upward to God.
Not a works-based counterfeit god.
Not stroking the little idols of your heart so you continue to buy the supplements or programs.
It’s not about collecting treasures on earth but in heaven.
I have been struggling with this internally really hard the last year, and it hit me hard last night.
It’s not time to back down, but to press on.
Point your eyes toward Jesus while you are working on all the other “stuff.”

“Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.” Colossians 3:2

The deeper I step out in faith, the more I feel the reality of spiritual warfare.

The more openly I talk about Jesus, about truth, about health and healing through God’s design, the more resistance seems to appear. Today my book was suddenly removed from Amazon for no clear reason. Moments like this remind me that stepping into your calling is not always easy.

If I am being honest, it has been hard at times and sometimes lonely. Being in the arena is different than watching from the stands. But obedience to what God has asked of us matters more than comfort.

I know I cannot be the only one feeling this.

If you have been experiencing spiritual warfare, discouragement, or resistance while trying to walk faithfully in your calling, you are not alone. I would truly love for us to pray for one another. Let’s lift each other up and keep going.

“Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.”
— Ephesians 6:11–12 (NIV)

Who else has been feeling this lately? I would love to pray for you. 🙏

Most women are told estrogen therapy is either good or bad. 🤷‍♀️
But the real question is:
How is the estrogen delivered?
When estrogen is taken orally, it passes through the liver first.
That process increases clotting factors and inflammatory markers, which is why studies have shown a higher risk of venous thromboembolism compared to transdermal estrogen.
Transdermal estrogen (patches or creams) bypasses the liver and often produces a more physiologic hormone response.
Hormone therapy isn’t inherently dangerous — but route of delivery matters.
Women deserve better education about their options.
Your body isn’t broken.
It’s responding to physiology.

Ok 🙅‍♀️

Not all estrogen is the same.

Oral estradiol must pass through the liver first.
That can increase clot risk, triglycerides, and inflammation.

This is why many experts prefer estrogen through the skin, not the stomach.

Y’all deserve better that’s why I don’t stop.
I only fear God so I don’t fear misinformation I combat it with truth.
I won’t stop! 💪

Wouldn’t it be nice. 😍 But seriously we’re grateful for our obnoxious guinea foul. It would also be nice if they alerted towards scam “doctors” on social media.🙅‍♀️
My quick test - if you go to a website or Instagram profile and they don’t identify what kind of doctors they are or you can’t figure it out within three seconds of looking at their profile or website then they usually are not a medical doctor but are acting like one. Try it out and tell me what you think and what you notice. 💁🏼‍♀️
