Most women try to live the same way every single day…
But your hormones were never designed that way.
Cycle syncing is one of the most powerful ways to:
• improve energy
• support hormones
• reduce symptoms
• feel like yourself again
And it’s something most women were never taught.

Shorter cycles in perimenopause?
It’s often not random.
As progesterone starts to decline, the luteal phase shortens — meaning your cycle comes sooner.
But one major driver I see clinically is chronic stress.
When cortisol is elevated, your body prioritizes survival over reproduction.
This can lead to what’s often called the pregnenolone steal — where resources are shifted toward cortisol production instead of progesterone.
The result?
Lower progesterone
Shorter luteal phase
Cycles closer together
Cycle syncing can help with this!
If you want a root-cause, whole-body approach to hormones, I work with women one-on-one in my clinic.
Comment CLINIC and and I will send you the details.

Raw milk is coming back into the conversation 🙌
And honestly… I understand why
There are studies showing lower rates of asthma and allergies with raw milk exposure
Especially in more natural, farm environments
It still contains things like immune proteins and enzymes that are sensitive to processing
And for a lot of people, it just feels different
But what I think this really points to is something bigger
We’ve moved really far away from real food
And your body knows the difference
Your hormones
Your metabolism
Your immune system
They all respond to the quality of what you’re putting in!

There are known risks with raw milk, so this is always an individual decision based on context and sourcing.

This topic makes people mad every time I talk about it.
Seed oils are one of the most debated topics in nutrition right now.
Some researchers argue they are harmless or even beneficial. Others believe excessive intake may contribute to inflammatory signaling and metabolic dysfunction.
What we do know:
The modern diet contains far more industrial seed oils than ever before in human history.
And metabolic health is deeply connected to hormone health during perimenopause.
Curious what you think.
Do seed oils belong in a healthy diet?
