Pain does not always equal tissue damage.
​Sometimes - pain is just an overprotective nervous system acting like a faulty car alarm. 🚗 🚘 🚙 ⏰

The nervous system, psychological factors, and previous experiences can strongly influence pain perception.

Understanding this can completely change rehabilitation.

It has come to my attention that orders for PT are automatically going to OGH. You MUST specify who you want to see and clarify this with your doctor.

If you don’t hear from me, soon after seeing your doctor, please call me and ask if I have received your order.

For example: missing orders for 2 people this week. Call the clinic - “oh sorry we are told to send to OGH”.

REMEMBER: You have a choice on where you go for physical therapy. Please help me get the word out. 🫶🏼
