Thank you so much to the Morales family from Canadian, TX for speading Holiday cheer at Capstone by bringing their miniature pony, Popcorn, to visit with all of our residents! 🐴 Popcorn is the cutest gingerbread man we’ve ever seen! ❤️ Our residents absolutely loved it! We are so excited to be able to give our community the opportunity to choose a card from our tree to spread holiday cheer to our residents! We will be celebrating distributing sweet wishes/angel tree gifts to our residents during our Christmas party! 🎅🏻🎄

⭐️ How It Works: Select a sweet wish card off of our tree (each sweet wish card has a tag number on the back), sign the sign up sheet (provide name, phone, email, and tag number) & have the Christmas gift(s) delivered directly to Capstone or bring wrapped to the business office by 12/17! Thank you to everyone for coming out yesterday to our Annual Thanksgiving Luncheon held for our amazing residents and their loved ones! 🦃 We all had a wonderful time listening to music, eating a delicious Thanksgiving lunch, and most importantly — making memories with our family! 🤍
