"I love the smell of deportations in the morning …". DJT. This is a sad statement... if you want to keep people from entering the US do THAT. Most countries do so. But getting joy, relishing, and talking of the smell of forcing people who already live in the US to leave? I'm sorry, this is just mean.

Here we ago again... the reason these keep happening, under both Democratic and Republican leadership and control - is so that more money grabs from you and I can occur. This is a smokescreen for both parties. Every shutdown compromise, under both parties, has cost someone in the US more money.... usually in weee hours of the morning agreements when you and I sleep! Change the waste in two areas of the US economy.... that is where we will find more money: healthcare claims processor fees and bank fees alone - are money grabs. So stop the fear crisis creating bull ... and the USA could be on a new path. This (and these) are not about shutdowns, but shams.

As Congress returns to Washington this fall after a monthlong August recess, they will have to find a way to work with Democrats or around them as a government shutdown looms.
