Purpose is about what feels real.

For me, personal development and growth 💟 have been at the very core of what I love. I started studying tools and techniques right out of high school. And some of you that know me, or been around me for some time- know I have a deep passion for something called ‘energy medicine’. Basically- learning any type of technique that fits under this category (meditation, intuition, healing touch, color therapy…. And the list goes on, on). ☯️

While this isn’t part of my day-gig with ProCare Health, they have always supported me on this journey! 🙌

I’ve been asked by some in my community to create some classes for teaching others about some of the incredible tools and techniques I’ve learned! Tools that well, just help with getting better at everyday life. Tools that make enhance the intuition and give clarity in making decisions.

We feel a GAP; an energetic pull telling us there is space between where we are and to where we want to be.

ALL THE WHILE…

-We try… we take actions that aren’t always inspired and don’t resonate with our purpose leaving us feeling tired, frustrated, and sometimes hopeless…

-We try… lots of different programs, books, and resources – trying to figure it all out, but we leave feeling confused, and without the results we want…

WHAT WE REALLY WANT IS TO…

- Have more profound feelings OF SPIRITUAL CONNECTION = results =increased happiness

THE FACT IS:

It is possible – in this lifetime to CLOSE THAT GAP which & have unconditional LOVE and less sensing of separation. But in order to change, we must change the factors that are underlying – that appear invisible to the naked eye. The factors that affect every decision and choice that is made throughout the day = Our PERCEPTION & OUR ENERGY.
