Queridos Pacientes,

Esperamos que al recibir esta carta todos se encuentren con salud.
Como profesionales de salud tomamos muy en serio el brote del COVID-19, como siempre, nuestra prioridad es velar por el bienestar de nuestros pacientes, medicos y personal, asi como tambien nuestra comunidad.
Pensando en el bienestar de todos, hemos decidido cerrar temporalmente nuestra oficina para las visitas de rutina. Sin embargo, si usted tiene alguna emergencia puede llamar al (732)-826-0210 /(862)-419-5069 para programar una visita.
Para aquellos pacientes que ya tienen una cita programada, estaremos contactandolo para realizar la cancelacion de la mima y reprogramar una nueva fecha. Estaremos incrementando nuestro horario de atencion en las proximas semanas para tratar de reprogramar las citas de todos.
Para aquellos interesados en convertirse en nuestros pacientes, por favor dejar informacion de contacto y estaremos comunicandonos con usted a la brevedad posible.

Dear Patients,

We hope this letter finds everyone safe and healthy.
As Healthcare professionals we take the COVID-19 outbreak seriously, as always, we prioritize the well-being of our patients, doctors and staff as well as the greeter community.
In everyone best interest we have decided to temporarily close our office for routine visits. However if you have an emergency please call (732)-826-0210 / (862)-419-5069 to schedule a time to come in.
For patients that have scheduled appointments, a team member will be calling you to confirm the cancellation of your appointment and to reschedule you. We will add additional hours in the upcoming weeks to try to accommodate everyone’s schedule.
For anyone interested in becoming a new patient, please leave contact information and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Dr. David is very knowledgeable, she answers all my questions and concerns. She has a great chairside manner. Great staff and doctor makes an easy visit to the dentist.
