Rebuilding what was lost ✨👃
After multiple prior surgeries and nasal trauma, this patient was left with severe structural compromise—little to no cartilage remaining in the nasal tip. This led to nostril notching (alar retraction), collapse of the nostrils, and a nose that was visibly shifted off center.
Revision rhinoplasty in cases like this goes far beyond refinement—it’s true reconstruction. By rebuilding support and restoring the nasal framework, Dr. Lindsey Goyal was able to correct asymmetry, improve function, and bring harmony back to the face.
The result: a nose that looks soft, natural, and completely unoperated—while functioning the way it should. 💫
