WHEN: First and Third TUESDAY of each month 6-7:30 pm
This group is a peer support group for people experiencing: depression, anxiety, panic disorder/attacks, PTSD, and bipolar symptoms in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment created for people to listen and learn together to navigate their diagnosis with others doing the same.

Even though Possibilities is not affiliated with any faith and/or religion, believing in a HIGHER POWER and having faith can be a major part of the mental and physical road to wellness. Another Possibilities participant, Will, and his father, made these wooden semicolon crosses. The semicolon symbolizes that our life's journey to wellness and the willingness to live through this journey is never ending. Through God, a Higher Power and ourselves "where there is a will there will be a way."
