Today we celebrated Christmas and our employees at our monthly recognition party ER3! 🎄❄️🎁

We enjoyed a potato bar, hung out with each other and had a store of goodies that each employee could shop at. We recognized our employees with anniversaries and our December 'Oh Great One' (employee of the month) Jim!

It is so amazing that we are allowed to do these fun things and recognize our employees because they definitely deserve it. 💓

We would like to thank the Maconaquah Schools swing choir for performing their annual Christmas show for us. This is such a talented group of young ladies and gentlemen- we loved every second! ✨

Thank you to the YMCA preschool program for visiting us this morning! They sang patriotic songs and passed out gifts for our veterans. We would like to thank all of the men and women that have served and sacrificed for our freedoms, including our very own 19 resident veterans. “Home of the free, because of the brave.” 🇺🇸❤️

We have officially “cruised” through our last Theme Dinner of 2025! We enjoyed steak and lobster at the Captain’s table and had smooth sailing throughout the evening. Thank you to our Culinary team for preparing an amazing meal- it was absolutely delicious. Bon Voyage, for now! 🌊🚢 🦞

Our staff, residents, and family members were honored to participate in Kokomo’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s on October 4th. For the second year in a row, team Blair Ridge had the highest total donation for the Kokomo walk; this year we raised $13,917.48. We are so proud to continue to support the Alzheimer’s Association and their incredible work and research to hopefully one day find a cure for Alzheimer’s disease. Please keep an eye out for our future fundraising events, and next year we hope you’ll take the walk with us! 💜

Sometimes, our management team really needs to chill out. So last week, we had an ice bucket challenge fundraiser for the Alzheimer's Association! Staff got to donate to each individual, so more money = more ice! We raised a cool $600. Should we do it again, or should we give this idea the cold shoulder? Enjoy the video and have an "ice" day! (Alright, I'm done!) 😂🥶

Our Tuesday afternoon church group has grown from just 3 residents to over 30 today. It really is something special. Have a listen to them singing How Great Thou Art at this week’s service! 🎶
