Each month, Hickory Creek at Peru and Duke's Senior Care partner with the YMCA to sponsor caffeine and conversation and a lunch and learn with the Silver Sneakers members. This month, we learned about creating a wellness routine after retirement. We had a great conversation, and many ideas were shared on how members have created their own well-rounded wellness routines!
