Would you like to listen to relaxing, soothing music in good company surrounded by the beauty of nature at Catey Heritage Flower Farm and Event Venue? If so then come on out to our unique Sound Bath Experience tomorrow, Thursday at 7:30 pm.
The Sound Bath Band (comprised of Aaron Jones, Shakti Penelope, Jonathan Bloom, and Jess Colburn) will provide the music.

>> A sound bath is an immersive experience of resonant sounds that can relax your mind. It is like yoga - without the exercise. Sound baths can benefit those with stress, anxiety, insomnia, and more. You don't have to do anything except listen. Turn off your phone and come to the farm to escape the world.
*This event happens rain or shine.* In the case of rain we will be inside the barn event venue.
Tickets are $10. Please reserve your spot so we can be prepared. You may come with a yoga mat to lie down, sit in a chair and enjoy, or stroll through the flowers with the calming sounds playing nearby. You may wish to bring your own reclining chair from home to enhance your relaxing experience. It is suggested to dress in layers and/or to bring a blanket to be ready for all temperatures. Everyone will receive a small bouquet of flowers to take home.
