As we enter Thanksgiving week, my heart is full. I want to take a moment to share just how truly thankful I am.

I am deeply grateful for every individual who walks through the doors of Allure of Peru. Each resident, each family, each story we are trusted with — it all means more than words can express. Every person we care for becomes part of our purpose, part of what drives us to learn, grow, and give our very best.

And my gratitude for our staff is beyond measure. We are blessed with some of the most compassionate, selfless, and loving people in all of healthcare. Day after day, you pour your hearts into the work you do. From laundry and housekeeping to our CNAs and nurses, to management & maintenance, each of you plays a vital role in creating a home filled with dignity, comfort, and kindness.

I can say with absolute sincerity that I would want my loved one cared for by this team. You are the reason our residents feel safe, valued, and cherished.
