Why would Facebook remove my business page? If you see this, please let me know, respond with a 'like' or something...because someone is likely trying to scam me, 'threatening' with no known reason.

Our neighbors: Gathering peacefully, purposefully and legally. Bringing pets, kids, bikes, wheelchairs, strollers; carrying signs.
See that there is someone signaling (to coordinate AUTO and foot-traffic, (emphatically marching).
Even if the person is wearing a reflective jacket, (not a police uniform) if asking you, (the driver), for patience with the crowd, please be kind and wait.
This may cause you a few minutes of time.
Blocked roads and traffic. Please Watch!
[not just for the traffic-signal]
We all ought to BE CAREFUL not to hurt any of our neighbors.

Ergonomics and self-awareness: My 2-cents makes sense.

Massage helps bring forth a dynamic adjustment; can provide a key component to unlock mind-body functionality. That's what I am here for, to help when you need me. But let me explain, why doing the "inner-work" on your own is vitally important.
A focused exercise or movement that builds self-awareness: Yoga, Qui-Gong, T'ai Chi, weight-lifting, or simply 'stretching'. Each practice shares in common a discipline of repetition and continual inquiry within, constantly connecting to the breath.
Some people call it "boring" because it requires your full attention, feeling body movements and breathing coordinate. 'Practice'- routinely [at least weekly, if not a daily] as a ritual can bring endorphins, because it becomes easier over time, and then can relax your mind.
Movement-study can also bring forth your insight. As changes in brainwave patterns create a soothing-calmness, stress...gives way; that can lift really your spirit.
Physical results of mobilizing your joints: Loosening-up tight muscles; measurably increasing range-of-motion; stimulating lymph circulation; increasing proprioceptive mechanisms; decreasing pain; increasing flexibility; (even a wider-capability to expand the ribcage, thereby increasing oxygen-intake capacity) and improving alignment.
I like to call it "synergistic flow" (when you feel the benefits of greater balance; smoother energy; more-graceful ease)....so, 'Listen ! Inquire-within' to hear your 'inner-voice' speak. Your spirituality is dependent upon 'self-love'. Consider this as practical advice...to ponder upon, listen, and "feel your center". Your well-being is accessible, rich with personally-attuned wisdom.

A new paper suggests that it takes far less exercise than was previously thought to lower blood sugar after eating.

Welcoming Summer.
Not happy about the up-tick in Covid cases. The present virulent strain doesn't necessarily darken the indicator line of a covid test. That is data-based not 'just' a POV.
A negative result using the nasal swab type of COVID test, is considered inconclusive.
It is my responsibility, to protect immune-compromised and elderly clients, during our sessions. For two years, responding to the pandemic; I simply didn't massage them, to ascertain that I would not be a vector for this novel (ie. 'previously unknown') viral disease.
Considering the numbers....I know I must mask again. But I will keep giving massages.
And, (my holistic view on "prevention") appropriate hygienic practices. Hand-washing, Repetitively.
I return to spraying and wiping all surfaces in my home and office, (with isopropyl alcohol, vinegar, bleach, soap and lavender essential oil). Preventative personal protection.
DIY products and a consistent cleaning system, designed to avoid additional immune system 'stress-factors' to the already-confusing post- pandemic situation. I will not purchase or use poisonous products as combative tools. It simply isn't worth the risks, IMO. I made this choice, with sensitivity to human physiologic processes...
Ultimately, the liver ought not to work harder. I am not using pandemic-inspired products, marketed to fight Covid-19.
To protect our ecosystem, it is necessary to avoid toxic-chemical accumulation.
Restore and maintain balance. That is my approach today.
What are your thoughts?

Wear light colors, long sleeves, and cover your head...the wet Spring in our region, has caused an increase of ticks. They carry bacteria that are very dangerous to humans because of their ability to morph into forms that don't respond to antibiotic treatment. Check for ticks on your clothes and especially appendages...before getting back in your car; and/or remove clothes prior to entering living area of your home (laundry room?) and take a shower with lots of soap on a washcloth. Wash your hair, too.

Thank you, to everyone who washes their hands frequently and wears a mask... when they are sniffling or experience oncoming symptoms. My intention and diligence requires pro-actively choosing to not spread germs that cause colds and flu to flourish among us mortal humans. This is not just about avoiding Covid-19. It is a way of showing respect and consideration for others.
