This how Turkeys Trot! A clever Turkey Trivia trail where residents found our offices with a Turkey on the door to answer one of three turkey trivia questions. They received a raffle ticket for participating and one for a correct answer which went into the raffle for cool prizes like a free salon visit and free guest in the dining room. It was so much fun for all! Springfield Place , always and adventure!

Gorditas de Nata - Today's Chef's Demonstration! Traditional Mexican pancakes, or biscuits hand made by Chef Luis. The Bistro smelled delicious! You could experience the flavors of Springfield Place as well! Tours daily, something fun and interesting to do, ALWAYS! We are so fortunate to have Chef Luis. His culinary talents are a highlight in our community. Come taste for yourself!
