Three years ago, our paths crossed, and an instant connection was made. Over time, this incredible family navigated the ebbs and flows of the housing market, taking thoughtful steps to figure out what truly mattered most to them—where they wanted to plant roots, the community they’d call home, and the perfect balance for their budget. We knew that fall of 2025 would be their moment, and when we pinpointed the neighborhood that checked every box on their wish list, we hit the ground running. Then it happened—they found *the one.* Their forever home. We worked together to secure it at a great price, ensuring everything was just right before the keys were officially theirs. And last week, just in time for Thanksgiving, they opened the door to their new chapter. The sweetest moment? Seeing them bring their kids and Christmas tree home the day after Thanksgiving, ready to fill their new space with love and holiday memories. It’s been such an honor to be part of their journey, and my heart is full knowing they’ve found their perfect place.
