What does it mean to be both fully human and also have a spirit that is present? Being Humane❤️We have to see what atrocities are happening, we have to come out of our sleepy comforts and at the very least bear witness to the suffering. From there we might find ways to be courageous and make changes. We know the root of courage is coeur which is the word for heart in French. It takes heart to see what is happening. It takes being awake and courageous to make change, or at the very least bear witness. One step at a time is how we awaken. 🇵🇸
