Your Daily Egg

Your Daily Egg Ramen promotes this Medi-Cal Egg for Flexitarians and egg lovers. Look for this brand! In western diets, the ratio ranges from 15 to 16.7:1.

The food scientists, nutritionists, dieticians and medical professionals believe that the omega 6 to omega 3 fatty acids ratio (6:3) should range from 1:1 to 5:1 using essential fatty acids in a meal plan for human health. To produce these specialty eggs from the scratch, we have to feed the smart hens using Athma-Pure natural feed with no animal by-products, no antibiotics and no hormones. Smart hens should breathe coastal fresh air, drink potable water and live freely in a cage-free floor barn. After a prolonged trial in our special barn using the flock health monitoring from day old chicks, pullets to layer hens, production performance, periodic egg testing, nutritional compliance and California Shell Egg Food Safety and Quality Compliance, finally we developed this Super Egg as your daily eggs. The Super Pure Egg provides an optimum 3:1 ratio of omega-6 and omega-3 essential fatty acids as compared to regular commercial egg. As the Medicare Nutrition Professional and layer veterinarian, I decided to recommend these eggs as your daily eggs with the aim to provide an optimum ratio of omega 6:3 using essential fatty acids, naturally enhanced omega-3 DHA, Vitamin D, Choline, selenium, folate, Vitamin E, Lutein and Zeaxanthin for egg lovers. These Super Eggs as your daily eggs are produced from our Smart Hen Farm in Petaluma (Once the world's egg basket), California.

Eggs daily in your meal are always beneficial.

Eggs daily in your meal are always beneficial.

Think being a vegetarian is unhealthy? Think again.

Eggs outperform meat in protein bioavailability, offering a cost-effective and nutritionally superior alternative for muscle repair.

Despite common misconceptions about plant-based and vegetarian diets, eggs stand out as a nutritional powerhouse with one of the highest Protein Digestibility-Corrected Amino Acid Scores (PDCAAS) available. As a complete protein, a single large egg delivers all nine essential amino acids necessary for optimal human health. While a standard serving of meat may provide a higher total volume of protein, the superior bioavailability of egg protein ensures that the body can more effectively utilize these nutrients for vital functions, making them a premier choice for those prioritizing quality over sheer quantity.

Beyond their impressive amino acid profile, eggs are a critical source of leucine, a key trigger for muscle repair and synthesis that is often more easily absorbed from eggs than from many traditional meat sources. This high-efficiency absorption, combined with significant cost-effectiveness, positions eggs as an ideal protein staple for athletes and health-conscious individuals alike. For those looking to optimize their nutrient intake without the higher expense of meat, eggs offer a scientifically backed solution that bridges the gap between convenience and peak physical performance.

Eggs are rich in antioxidants, which are plant compounds that reduce cell damage caused by unstable molecules called free radicals in the body. An overabundance of free radicals vs. helpful antioxidants (known as oxidative stress) can lead to chronic health conditions like diabetes, cancer, and heart disease. Consuming a diet rich in antioxidants may reduce the risks of these conditions.8 However, if you are at an increased risk of heart disease, talk with a healthcare provider before adding eggs to your daily eating plan.

If you don’t have heart disease risk factors, eggs are fine every day. Learn the benefits of eggs and how they fit into a balanced diet.

Aside from protein, egg yolks “are an especially nutrient-dense food,” says Stephenson. “As well as containing some vitamin D and iron, both of which can be hard to get through food, eggs are also rich in calcium, zinc, potassium, and a good amount of B12, which is especially important for people who don’t eat fish or meat. Our white daily eggs from Petaluma Egg Farm in California have enriched nutrients for flexitarians. Happy National Egg Day Folks on June 3rd!

Our daily egg has 3:1 ratio of omega-6 fatty acids to omega-3 fatty acids as compared to any other eggs (5:1 to 14:1 ratio) you buy from your local grocery stores in California. Our daily egg has one of the omega-3 short chain fatty acids such as Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) which is 9 times higher than any other eggs sold in California. Our daily egg also has one of the omega-3 long chain fatty acids such as Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) which is 3 times higher than regular eggs sold in California. That’s why I call this California made Daily Egg as “Medi-Cal Egg” or “Athma-Pure Egg”. We feed our cage-free hens with natural feed using our secret feed ingredients. No animal byproducts, no hormones, no antibiotics used. These eggs are produced in Petaluma, California.
