🌙 Deep, Quiet, Still: Yin Yoga Immersion and Teacher Training
with Cassandra Sullivan

Yin Yoga is the quiet complement to our more active practices—a slow, meditative journey through long-held floor postures that target the spine, hips, and legs. Rooted in stillness, Yin offers a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect while gently opening the body’s energy channels and inviting a sense of inner balance and quiet transformation.

This immersive 30-hour Yin Yoga training is open to yoga teachers and dedicated students who are ready to explore the subtle, meditative practice of Yin.

🧘🏻‍♀Introduction to Meditation
with Julianna Takacs

For anyone wanting to start, tune up, or deepen their meditation practice.

Over 6 months, learn and explore the three stages of meditation: concentration (dharana) contemplation (dhyana) and absorption (samadhi). In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of a meditation practice which can be applied across traditions. You will learn various techniques such as breath, mantra, visualization, guided, moving, and seated meditation in relationship with each of the three stages. Each class will have time for explanations, questions, and meditation practice. The course is cumulative, beginning with learning how to sit quietly and still for just a few minutes and culminating in a 30-minute group sit.

Homework includes building a daily meditation practice and reading The Miracle of Mindfulness by Thich Nhat Hanh and Real Happiness by Sharon Salzburg.

📅 Meet once a month on Sundays: October 19, November 16, December 14, January 11, February 8, and March 15, 10:45 - 12 pm

09/15/2025

“The beginnings are our teacher. The start of something new, coming into a posture, and even inhaling are an opportunity to learn the truth of who we are.

The experience of right now, the present moment, can be our teacher. The trials and tribulations, the ups and downs, the sustaining of breath or posture are all opportunities to understand the truth of who we are.

The endings of things can also be our teacher. The ending of a job or relationship, the exhale, and the coming out of a posture are all opportunities to realize the truth of who we are.

Everyone around you is a teacher who can help to illuminate the truth of who you are.

There is also a teacher who is indescribable and beyond all form.

I offer all of my efforts to these teachers.

Everything, everyone, and every moment become an opportunity to learn in ourselves.”
