Our Team has GROWN! We are so excited to have added both Tammy and Emily to our therapy staff this year! They have been a great addition to the team bringing evidence based treatment, top-notch skills, and genuine compassion to each of their patients. It seems the World wants to know…yes, SHE has arrived! Elevation PT has grown as Becka & Reuben welcomed Maeve Ruth Lyons on October 27, 2025! All are doing well and thoroughly enjoying the comforts of home as a party of four 👨👩👶🐾

Patient care will be limited over the next two weeks as we enjoy some time away! The front office will be operating under its normal hours and those patients with priority needs will continue as scheduled.

Extremely grateful to our staff who keep the ship running while we step away to recharge! And to our patients who understand the value of “refilling your cup” in order to best care for others!
