HOLIDAY HOURS OF OPERATION – 21st Medical Group
Please plan ahead for upcoming holiday hours at the Peterson & Schriever Military Treatment Facilities:

December 24 & December 26

Patient care available 0730–1130
• Last ticket pull for ancillary services (Lab, Radiology, Immunizations, Pharmacy) is 1130
• Facility doors close at 1200

Gate Access Notice
On December 24 and December 26, ONLY the West Gate will be open. Patients are encouraged to plan their visit accordingly to avoid delays.

For care needed outside of operating hours, please visit the nearest Emergency Department or contact the Nurse Advice Line, available 24/7 at 800-874-CARE (2273), option 1.

The Central Dental Laboratory recently showcased its capabilities during an immersion tour with Dr. David Smith, Director of the Defense Health Agency.

During the visit, Dr. Smith toured the laboratory and observed how the team supports the Defense Health Agency’s enterprise-wide mission by producing dental prosthetics and training personnel in support of military treatment facilities across the force.

Q-ANYWHERE PHARMACY SERVICE – ACTIVATE PRESCRIPTIONS FROM YOUR PHONE!

If you’ve been issued a new prescription, you can now activate it from home or work using Q-Anywhere! No need to come into the pharmacy to start the process.

How It Works:
1. Use your phone to activate your new prescription through Q-Anywhere.
2. After submitting your request, you’ll receive text updates from the pharmacy.
3. Prescriptions will be ready for pickup within 2 duty days of activation.
4. Once ready, prescriptions will be held for 10 duty days from the time you receive the “READY FOR PICKUP” notification.

*Requests can only be submitted during normal duty hours.*

Wed: 0930–1600

Clinic Pharmacy
Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri: 0730–1630
Wed: 0930–1630

Both locations are closed on federal holidays, weekends, and during weather closures.

The Peterson Dental Clinic will be CLOSED from 12:30 to 4:30 pm on Friday, 30 May 2025 for an official function.
