After my ACL and meniscus surgery, I was understandably nervous about my recovery journey, but the team at Northern Michigan Sports Medicine Center made all the difference. From my initial evaluation to my final session, everyone was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and patient. Erika and the other physical therapists created a customized plan that challenged me but never pushed me past my limits. Knowing that I wanted to get back to ballet, they celebrated my small victories and provided the encouragement I needed on the tougher days. I am back to directing and choreographing and will be dancing again on stage this winter. None of this would have been possible without their expert care.
