Here are 5 easy ways to practice mindfulness, especially during this time of uncertainty. ⠀

1. Controlled breathing techniques / Deep breathing ⠀
2. Mindful meditation / Purposeful observation - take 5 minutes to focus on whatever it is you are doing. Take in your surroundings, and be present in the moment. ⠀
3. Exercise⠀
4. Express gratitude for what you do have. ⠀
5. Slow down- take things day by day, hour by hour. ⠀

You would be surprised what spending a few minutes a day practicing mindfulness could do for the mind, body, and soul. Stay mindful, and stay healthy.
