(ONE) Julia came to yoga as a way to find balance between strength and softness, movement and stillness. She believes yoga is where we return to center, cultivating presence, harmony, and ease—on the mat and in everyday life.
(TWO) Katie is a yoga teacher, energy healer, and intuitive guide who weaves ancient wisdom with modern nervous system awareness. With a background in education and years of experience holding space for the healing journey. Her classes are grounding, accessible, and soul-centered.
She believes yoga is not about performance, but about coming home to your body, connecting to your inner-light and restoring your natural rhythm.
When she’s not teaching or working with clients, Katie is focused on raising her daughter and preparing to open a wellness retreat in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica this summer!
(THREE) Maria: I believe that yoga is a transformational practice that is available to everyone, wherever they our in the journey of life. Yoga has the power to catalyze growth and healing in so many ways, both on and off the mat, by connecting us more consciously to ourselves and others. Through teaching the synthesis of mind, body, and breath, I hope to help students find a sanctuary of peace in a chaotic world, align more deeply with their higher selves, and cultivate their own sense of presence and power within.
(FOUR) Dori: I believe that yoga to a bridge to physical and mental well-being. It is available to everyone, at anytime.
My goal in teaching yoga is to remind people of that truth, and to create a sacred space that people use to reconnect with themselves, to heal, to find peace, and to grow.
Yoga is an open invitation to come as you are and to take what you need. I’m just here to help you cross that bridge one breath at a time.
