Meet Chef Tristan Twitty, our Culinary Manager here at The Westerly Pewaukee! 👋

Classically French-trained with over 16 years of experience, Chef Tristan brings creativity, passion, and just the right amount of spice to every dish.

From Chicken Tikka Masala to Cajun Alfredo, he loves to challenge the palate, and win over even the pickiest eaters.

Fun fact: he’s a two-time culinary competition winner - taking home the Golden Ladle at the Milwaukee Chili Bowl (2018) and the top spot in FM 106.1’s Fish Fry Frenzy (2024)! 🏆
