TOPIC: Grounding with Reiki

Every third Thursday of each month, join Krystina and Jenny to talk about a new topic and feel community support with like-minded individuals. With Krystina’s medical background and Jenny’s metaphysical background, together they bring a unique, educational perspective and experience.

This first Third Thursday Transformations will focus on Krystina discussing what Grounding is, how to do it, and how it helps to regain control of stress, hormones, and your nervous system (hello vagus nerve!)

And Jenny will be going around the room and giving Reiki to everyone in attendance! Reiki is a wonderful tool for helping to ground the mind and body in just a few minutes.

At the end, there will be an open Q & A as well as some time to practice Grounding techniques.
