I never imagined that I’d get to see Stonehenge. I was surprised by how few people were there. I hopped on a shuttle for a half-day trip there and saw the beautiful landscape from Bath to Stonehenge, which was really relaxing after having to go to the dentist that morning. Once I was able to walk around Stonehenge, I decided to take the 30-minute walk back to the visitor center.

We had a photo shoot at yesterday and, as much as I really dislike having my picture taken, it was so soul filling to spend time with people I love. 💕 I met Iantha and Marchelle back when I taught at Villa Sport and some friendships just last! Of course when I was building a teaching team at Hippie Soul, they were in among the first teachers I invited in. So grateful for friendships that last through the years!

I took a little time away from teaching between Christmas and New Year’s to spend with my family. Not only we Ashley and Amelia in town, but so was my brother and his family so it was a huge gathering. Tomorrow, I’m return to teaching with my Monday evening classes and I look forward to seeing my yoga community again! Happy New Year!

This will be a slower, deeper, and more devotional practice honoring those we have loved who are no longer in earthly form. The veil is said to be thin on this day, inviting us to pause, remember, and connect through gratitude and love.
