It’s something your subconscious learned.

Confidence is built from past experiences, emotional memories, and the stories the mind formed about what’s safe, allowed, or expected of you.

If confidence feels inconsistent, it’s not because you lack capability.
It’s because part of your mind remembers moments where being seen, heard, or successful didn’t feel safe.

The subconscious doesn’t track time.
It uses memory to predict.

When those memories are gently updated, confidence stops feeling forced—and starts feeling natural again.

Anxiety isn’t a flaw or a failure.
It’s a signal.

At some point, your mind learned that being alert, vigilant, or prepared was necessary to keep you safe. So it practiced. And practiced. And eventually, it became automatic.

That doesn’t mean anything is “wrong” with you.
It means your subconscious is still running a protection pattern that hasn’t been updated yet.

Anxiety often shows up when the mind is working with old information—responding to the present as if it were still the past.

When the subconscious learns that the threat is no longer there, the nervous system can soften.
Relief doesn’t come from fighting anxiety.
It comes from helping the mind feel safe enough to let it go.

Why Insight Isn’t Enough

Have you ever noticed that knowing something needs to change doesn’t mean you can actually change it?

There’s a reason for that.

About 95% of your daily thoughts, decisions, and actions are driven by your subconscious mind—not the logical, conscious part of you that knows better.

We call this the Knowing–Doing Gap:
You understand the habit, the pattern, or the block…
but you still find yourself doing the same thing anyway.

That’s because the mind is wired to choose what’s familiar, even when it’s no longer supportive, healthy, or aligned with the life you want now. Familiar feels safe—even when it keeps you stuck.

Insight lives in the conscious mind.

Let’s clear a few things up.

If you’re curious about RTT or hypnosis, it’s normal to have questions—or even a little hesitation. Most of what we think we know comes from movies and myths, not real experiences.

So here’s what RTT is not:

• It is not mind control
• You are not unconscious or “gone”
• You can’t be made to do or say anything you don’t want to
• It is not dark, dangerous, or invasive

You are aware, present, and fully in control the entire time.

RTT simply guides you into a deeply relaxed, focused state—similar to that space right before sleep—where the mental noise softens and the subconscious becomes more receptive to change.

This is your mind.
Your memories.
Your beliefs.

The work is about safety, empowerment, and gently releasing patterns that no longer serve who you are now.

My Why 💛 Why I Became an RTT Practitioner

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the mind—how it protects us, how it adapts, and how it quietly runs our habits, confidence, and choices beneath the surface.

I’ve been coaching for over 10 years and have witnessed incredible transformations. And yet, there were certain patterns—habits, anxiety, self-doubt, and business blocks—that just wouldn’t shift, no matter how much insight or strategy we used.

I knew there had to be something deeper.

Through my Reiki work, I began intuitively guiding clients through visualization. Almost immediately, something changed. Clients started making shifts we had talked about for years. Confidence increased. Anxiety softened. Decisions felt easier. Action finally followed awareness.

That’s when I realized we were working at the subconscious level.

I went looking for a language and structure for what was already happening—and that’s how I found Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). RTT is a root-cause hypnosis modality that helps quiet the mental noise and access the beliefs driving our habits, emotions, and business behaviors. From there, we gently release what’s outdated and replace it with what actually supports who you are now.

This work isn’t about forcing change.
It’s about working with your mind instead of against it.

I became an RTT practitioner because I wanted to help people move past the patterns they’ve been carrying for years—sometimes a lifetime—and finally feel free to move forward with clarity, confidence, and ease.
