If you are having headaches or pain, in the area circled, then your muscles are too short and tight. This causes pressure on the Occipital Nerve. To relieve the pressure, stretch that muscle downwards, starting at the bone.
This pain can be started by poor posture, computer work, forward head posture, and lack of neck and arm movement. This muscle attaches to your Scapula (shoulder blade). If you are still hurting, give me a call!

These are the spinal nerves that branch out from our spine-31 pairs in total: 8 cervical, 12 thoracic, 5 lumbar, 5 sacral, and 1 coccygeal (not "scotch") nerve. Each pair emerges from the spinal cord and serves a specific region of the body.
Their main function is to relay motor commands, sensory input, and autonomic signals between the spinal cord and the rest of the body-enabling movement, sensation, and vital automatic processes like heartbeat and digestion. The human nervous system is truly an evolutionary masterpiece.

Hi everyone! FYI - I am almost 100% well from my double knee replacement surgery! I am ready to help anyone that has pain anywhere on their body. If you have any upcoming surgery, see me for a pre-op visit. This will hugely affect your outcome. Of course, post-op help can really speed up your recovery!

I already have a pre-op scheduled for rotator cuff surgery shortly. I will make sure that this person has full range of motion PRIOR to his surgery!

I was noticing that my page says 18 year olds are the youngest age I work on. Not so! I've seen infants with colic, and taught the parents how to correct on their own, for no fee.
I see a lot of children with sports injuries or random injuries. Kids will be kids!
