If you are having headaches or pain, in the area circled, then your muscles are too short and tight. This causes pressure on the Occipital Nerve. To relieve the pressure, stretch that muscle downwards, starting at the bone.
This pain can be started by poor posture, computer work, forward head posture, and lack of neck and arm movement. This muscle attaches to your Scapula (shoulder blade). If you are still hurting, give me a call!
