🎉 Zones Craft Time! 🎉

We’ve been learning how feelings fit into the Zones of Regulation—from low‑energy Blue to high‑energy Red. This colorful craft helps kids SEE the zones and talk about them.

Try it at home for an easy feelings conversation starter:
✂️ 4 paper circles
🖍️ Color each one a Zone color (Red, Yellow, Green, Blue)
😊 Draw little faces showing different feelings
🧵 String them together

Hang it up and ask, “Which Zone are you in today?” Kids LOVE showing you!

Not all big feelings are “bad” — they just tell us what our body needs.

• In the 🔵 Blue Zone → try movement or a quick stretch
• In the 🟡 Yellow Zone → try deep breathing
• In the 🔴 Red Zone → try a calm-down space
• In the 🟢 Green Zone → ready to learn and play!

Animal houses/barns! The kids LOVE opening each door to see which animal is hiding inside, and there are so many ways to use them during play-based speech therapy:

📚 Story Boosters — Add the animals as characters while reading a book
