This Saturday 8:00am at Pfluger Park, the Rebel90 Community will be doing the walk against hunger for the kids through Backpack Friends. We won't be at the Lake! I encourage everyone to join us, there is an entry fee which goes to buying food for the kids.

You don't build muscle when you workout. You build muscle afterwards when you rest... and when you sleep.

Rest isn't laziness.

Get over feeling guilty. The ship won't go down if you rest for one day. And if it does, it probably deserves to go down anyway.

Schedule a rest day. Put it in your calendar and treat it like a medical appointment. Because it is.

Your body, mind and spirit will thank you.
