A week full of moments that truly matter 💙

This past week, Solace Hospice was honored to support our community in so many meaningful ways. From donating a silent auction basket filled with wine, curated goodies, and a one-night stay in the beautiful Bee Cave Hill Country for a Moments That Matter event benefiting Alzheimer’s awareness, to bringing Holy Week communion to 15 communities across the Austin area, and spending time gardening alongside residents.

We feel incredibly blessed to serve residents, families, and staff, and to be part of moments filled with connection, compassion, and purpose. 🤍

Grief doesn’t follow a timeline and no one should have to face it alone. 💙

For at least 13 months after a loss, hospice provides continued support through guidance, counseling, and compassionate care. Through quiet moments, meaningful conversations, and ongoing connection, families are reminded they are not alone in navigating the first year.

Because care doesn’t stop… it simply changes. 🤍
