You can’t heal what you don’t reveal.

💥Don’t think you’re crazy when it happens to you, and it comes from someone you trusted.
💥 You can usually look back and see red flags that they are miserable people.
💥It’s usually people who refuse to heal and recover from their own traumatic experiences and then satan uses them to continue the cycle of abuse.
💥They come in the form of “Friends”, co workers, family, intimate partners, etc.
💥pray to know your worth through Gods eyes.

Emotional Intelligence.
We need to practice Emotional Health, because this sinful world tells us….
“be quiet because no one wants to hear your troubles”,
“suck it up”,
”Don’t Gossip”.
OR
“Time will heal wounds”
We need to Talk about our feelings, our Intrusive Thoughts and Abuse (Emotional, Spiritual, Psychological & Physical) with a trusted counselor.
A trained counselor should work with you to reframe these experiences and align them with Gods word.
Transparency about how we feel and what we are going through is a sign of Strength, NOT weakness.
Suppressing your feelings and ignoring what’s going around around you will only lead to more sickness in ALL our relationships.
