Tuesday Tea ☕

One of the things I love most about Yogi Tea is the little treasure attached to each tea bag.

They are gentle nudges to pause and reflect.

Find strength in knowing that you can make a difference in the world.

It is easy to think that making a difference has to be something big.

But often, it is the small, consistent ways you show up that matter most.

but to the experience of being nourished.

Slowing down, even just a little, can shift everything.

I begin my client sessions with one simple question:
What’s going well?

Because most of us are used to focusing on what’s not working, which can leave us feeling discouraged.

But greatness is often quieter than we expect.
-Taking a small step.
-Showing up when it feels hard.
-Being consistent, even on the tough days.
-Leaning into the strengths that make you YOU.

When we acknowledge what is going well, we start to see ourselves differently which helps build momentum.

But strength isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about continuing to show up, even when it’s uncomfortable.

🌟 I am strong enough to overcome any obstacle.

Let this be your reminder that you’ve navigated challenges before. You’ve adapted, learned, and kept going.

That strength is still within you.

You don’t need to work out every day to be healthy.

But your body does benefit from regular movement…
the kind that supports you, not depletes you.

That might look like a workout some days.

And on other days, it might be:
A walk in nature.
A few stretch breaks between meetings.
Dancing in your kitchen while dinner cooks.

Rest days matter too.
Not as days of doing nothing…
but as days of gentler, more restorative movement.

This isn’t about pushing to your limits.
It’s about staying connected to your body in a consistent, supportive way.

Find what feels good.
