If you’ve ever lifted a car seat, twisted to grab a diaper bag, or carried a toddler on one hip — you’ve already done functional training. This workshop simply teaches you to do it with strength, confidence, and intention.
Over 6 weeks, we’ll progress through movement patterns that directly support pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the everyday physical demands of parenting. No bicep-curl fluff. No “pink dumbbells.” Just real movement for real life.

Each session includes dynamic warm-up, strength work, conditioning, and recovery — all guided with a focus on form, breath, and support.
