Thank you so much Murrmaid Manes for giving us an absolutely beautiful day getting Paisley's hair cut!! Paisley's been struggling with confidence between her glasses and her hair struggling to grow comparing herself to all the other little girls around her and it's been absolutely breaking my heart but Sara stepped in to help us, going above and beyond to make sure Paisley felt special and beautiful the entire time!! Paisley smiled nonstop during the entire appointment and afterwards told me how pretty she was! She was beaming with confidence as she deserves to be ! I Highly recommend anyone who has little girls to book with Murrmaid Manes ASAP 🩷

This week’s spotlight is on one of the bravest, brightest little mermaids to ever swim into my salon… Paisley. 💖🌊

Before her appointment, Paisley’s mom shared a story that touched my heart deeply. When Paisley was younger, she went through multiple rounds of chemo and lost her hair three times. Despite everything she has faced, she has grown into the most beautiful, strong, magical 5-year-old — inside and out. ✨

Her mom told me how Paisley sometimes feels self-conscious about her hair, especially when she compares herself to friends with “long princess hair.” Her curls are shorter, and her texture has changed, and they’ve tried so many things to help her feel confident again. What her mama sees — and what I see — is a resilient, sparkling little warrior with the kindest spirit and the sweetest smile. 💗

At her appointment, Paisley absolutely blossomed. We laughed, chatted, and created a little mermaid makeover just for her adding tinsel, magic, and confidence to match her beautiful personality. She told me all about her love for Hello Kitty and how her favorite character is Cinnamoroll, the cute white puppy who can fly with his ears! 🐶💙✨

Paisley reminded me that beauty isn’t measured by hair length it’s shown through courage, joy, imagination, and the way you light up a room. And this sweet girl shines brighter than ANY glitter strand. 💫

Paisley, you are brave. You are strong. You are magical.
And you are absolutely perfect, just the way you are. 💖🧜‍♀️✨

Hi Everyone!! Before hitting the beach this morning stop by Primal Surf Shop 1219 W Brigantine Ave to say hi or grab some lemonade to help support Kisses for Kyle Foundation . This organization helps families fighting childhood cancer . The little girl here Paisley Rae is celebrating coming up on almost 5 years being Cancer free and truly wouldn't have been able to get by without the support of Sharon and Kisses for Kyle. 100% of the proceeds go directly to this organizations and to the families affected by Childhood cancer!! Stop by we have Lemonade, Berry juice for the kiddos, childhood cancer ducks for our Jeep peeps keychains , homemade cookies and homemade sour dough graciously donated by Mothers Dough, a locally owned baker! Almost 5 years since diagnosis day and we are happy to say Labs are great! We are even in talks and whispers about moving into the next phase at oncology clinic: SURVIVORSHIP 💫

After being diagnosed at 10 weeks old with less then a 20% chance at life Paisley has fought hard and has overcome relapses and setbacks only to come back stronger and prove she's one tough cookie . The epitome of perseverance . Fast forward to today we are honored to be able to Watch our baby girl get ready for kindergarten - the feeling is simply profound .

It deserves a huge celebration!!! What does Paisley want to do?? GIVE BACK . Help other little girls and families who were in our position not too long ago. How you may ask?? .
By raising funds for Kisses for Kyle Foundation
an incredible organization dedicated to helping families who are impacted by childhood cancer.

This isn’t just a cause we support — it’s something we've lived. Our family has been directly helped by Kisses for Kyle, and we can’t begin to explain what that meant to us. When childhood cancer enters your life, it changes everything. The hospital visits, the stress, the financial strain — it can be overwhelming. But Kisses for Kyle stepped in with kindness, support, and hope.

When a child is diagnosed with cancer, the entire family is affected — emotionally, physically, and financially. Kisses for Kyle steps in to help with real support, whether that’s financial assistance, gift cards for groceries, special experiences for the kids, school supplies or simply providing comfort during an incredibly difficult time.

This weekend the kids got to experience the magic of Christmas and Love. Kisses for Kyle Foundation elves came to our door loaded with songs, smiles hugs love and tons of gifts for the kids! They feel absolutely spoiled and we are all so thankful from the bottom of our hearts 🥰. If you're ever looking to donate to a foundation we cannot stress enough about how much This foundation does not only for the kids fighting but their entire family. Thank you so much !!!

PS last week we also got the amazing call that Paisleys December blood work looked perfect!! We will be celebrating big this holiday season . Happy Holidays everyone we hope you get to spend it with those that you love 🩷

Today marks 4 years to the day that we found out about Paisley's diagnosis . Easily one of the hardest and most terrifying days of our lives, But luckily for us TODAY we get to celebrate as all of Paisley's official lab work shows that she remains on the Cancer Free Path!!! Thank you to everyone who took time out to check in and say prayers !!! God is soo good.

Long Day at CHOP Oncology Clinic for this little bird. Paisley is meeting with the Oncology Neuro Psych team for an assessment to check for any residual effects from all the chemotherapy she received then she'll have to bloodwork done followed by seeing her CART team and lastly the Immunology team ! This little girl is just simply amazing and just keeps asking when she can go back to school 🥹Please take a moment & pray with us for continued health & keeping this warrior princess's Cancer at Bay. Shes such a fighter 🎗️

Hi everyone! We know we haven't updated in a LONG time so we figured we were due for a long update! we like to go by the saying "no news is good news". Since turning 3 so many good things have happened! Paisley is now a little "threenager" as we Like to say she has grown up in such a short time! She Loves: Taylor Swift,asking questions, cracking jokes and playing with her big brother. She's a girly girl so she loves doing makeup, getting her nails done and loves to cook and bake anything under the sun especially cookies and cupcakes! She is still a little ballerina and will be in her first recital this spring! She's playing soccer still and is looking forward to joining all new activities and sports this next year.

She had an eventful fall and winter! Recently we linked up with an amazing organization called
Kisses for Kyle Foundation who absolutely SPOILED HER as well as all of their families involved with them . If you have a moment please check out their page and consider donating as they graciously and selflessly help sooo many families affected by cancer.

Kisses for Kyle allowed Paisley as well as 42 other kiddos be a part of the fearless 43 which included meeting all of the Philadelphia union team and go out on the field at halftime as they were celebrated by the entire stadium. It was one of the most emotional moments we have ever witnessed

This years Christmas was probably the best we have ever had . Paisley's favorite thing to do at Christmas time is look at different light . We got to go to a variety of drive through light shows and partake in winter activities: Kisses for Kyle once again was amazing offering various holiday activities and linking up with another of our absolute favorite companies Minnie's Magical Moments donating their time and characters so that oncology families could meet Santa, Mrs. Clause as well as Mickey and Minnie Mouse privately. All of the kids were so excited and families were so appreciative.

She had the best summer ever living down we the shore in Brigantine and is patiently waiting for the nice weather to hit so she can get to the beach all day again soon!
She will also be starting SCHOOL next year!
If you would've asked us if this was our future a few years ago we could never have even imagined it!

As far as her health, she still remains immunocompromised so she tends to get sick a lot , mostly continuous cold like symptoms however she always remains upbeat. She still gets her infusions to help boost her immune system and she's learning to attempting to walk while it's going which makes things a lot more "normal" for her . We recently found that her vision in her right eye (the one that had cancer behind it) has significantly decreased so the team recommends her now wearing glasses 24/7 (still working on that adjustment). she also has some dental issues due to the chemotherapy and abundant oral steroids she received when she was younger. Yes sometimes it hurts because it seems the effects of cancer will continue to linger for years to come BUT these issues are minimal compared to what we could potentially be facing so we will absolutely take these minor setbacks and run with it.
Next Tuesday, Paisley wil return to CHOP for her THREE year CART check up. She will meet with her oncologist and immunologist to see where she's at. Of course we pray for the best news possible but we know it is out of our hands but we always hold Our faith over fear! We know she's got this and that God has her.

Paisley Rae is Three and Cancer Free!!
Apologies for the delayed response but it takes a while for certain lab results to generate back to us. As of now Paisley's Labs look amazing! She still has a little over 9% B cells but overall the team isn't concerned. She will have to continue with her weekly infusions due to the fact that the B cells that her body is generating are still not functional. Overall this is the best news we could ask for.
In other news Paisley recently turned 3!! She celebrated by having a beach bash with her little crew and our amazing family and friends. I remember when Paisley was first diagnosed and we knew our odd were less then 20% we were so depressed and anxious. One of the drs said to us one day Paisley Rae's going to be 3 years running up and down these halls . I've held onto that comment for three years and just feel so incredibly grateful that it became true!! From the outside she is your typical toddler, Full of energy, Growing and thriving living life to the fullest. She is a total beach bum along with Paxton it their absolute favorite place to be.
She is still doing dance and will start a few new classes as well as some other sports in the fall. It's amazing to continue to see her live a relatively normal life. We are so grateful that we are blessed with our baby girl everyday. God is so good. Thank you all for continuing to stay and support us 🤍.

Big day today!! Other updates to come but today Paisley is back at CHOP for her "28 month" CAR-T cell / oncology check up. Please pray for her to continue to be cancer free and healthy as can be!!
