We had a blast at our Lunch and Learn on July 17th! 🎉 We celebrated everyone’s birthday, had a meaningful conversation about brain health and mental health, and enjoyed a refreshing summer meal featuring chicken salad, tuna salad, pasta salad, and vegan highlights like lobster salad and chick’n salad 🥗🌱

Our Lunch and Learn programs are our special cooking sessions held on the first and third Thursday of each month, where we prepare a healthy meal, discuss a wellness topic, and enjoy lunch together as a community.

We had a wonderful Stress Management class last Wednesday where we focused on art activities and mindful meditation! It was a peaceful space to reflect, express gratitude, and take a breath from the busyness of the day.

Join us again on September 3rd for our next Stress Management class — held every first Wednesday of the month — with new calming and creative activities each time!

Thank you to everyone who was able to make it our lovely Mother’s Day Celebration last week. We had a wonderful time enjoying conversation, eating yummy food, and participating in games and raffles.
