FitGirl Move Brianna Cunningham is a NASM certified trainer, mom, and healthcare professional from Philadelphia, PA. She is a mother and entrepreneur.

She graduated from Bucknell University with a degree in Sociology and English-Literary Studies. She started her career as an Americorps VISTA and has always been passionate about serving others. Her passion for health and fitness sparked after her parents started making the switch from highly processed foods to more wholesome nutritional items to combat generational health issues like high blood pressure and diabetes. Ultimately, she hopes to uplift and inspire many women around her with FitGirl Move®. FitGirl Move empowers women to be the best version of themselves, move confidently, and to never settle.

✨ Perfect meal for gainz! Handful of asparagus, a serving of baked salmon & 1 cup of rice. I would have a meal like this mid-day or post a heavy lifting workout with a smoothie.

If you are currently on a weight loss journey, replace the rice with another veggie!

Lowering your carb intake is effective way to lose weight. Carbs of different kinds have different amounts of calories so if your taking in a large amount of carbs like rice, pasta, & highly processed foods it’s not going to help you reach your goal.

⚡️This year is all about commitment & accountability! Here are my 6 must have items if you wanna stay on track with your fitness goals this year & beyond.

You must take action! Daily! Weekly! Monthly! So if your goal is drink a liter of water a day & your only drinking one bottle then your not committed! If your tracking your meals and you realize that your not eating enough or that your eating the wrong things you need to hold yourself more accountable. Food will be the fuel to your goals!

One thing I’ve realize as a trainer & as someone who loves what fitness can do for someone, it’s going to take a different level of you to reach certain goals you set for yourself. There are some things that makes things easier but there are no short cuts!

2. Journal for a few minutes
3. Practice gratitude before getting out of bed
4. Meditate

The littlest things can make a big difference especially if your trying to create a routine for yourself in 2022.

Fitness bootcamp is ATL NEXT! 🔥 Going into the new year focused on things I can do & not what I don’t have.

Here are my must do self care tips before the year is out!

1. Spring clean your room! Your space holds energy and if there is anything you been meaning to get rid off, get rid of it!

2. Treat yourself to a warm bath! It’s really great for tight muscles & helps to calm any stress you may have.

3. Do a breathing exercise! When things get hectic sometimes we forget to breathe. A simple breathing exercise you can do right now is take 30 breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth with some calming music in the background. Thank me later! ✨😎
