🧘🏽‍♀️ “Okuden” means “Inner Teachings”—you’ll go deeper into your Reiki journey, learning mantras, healing symbols, and how to work with Earth, Heart, and Heaven energy. Plus, you’ll gain the tools to start your own professional Reiki practice!
