I’m proclaiming 2026 as the Year of Love & Liberation, the year this message reaches 10+ million people. Not for fame… but because the world is calling for a shift in consciousness, and this is my offering to the collective.

As I share & give abundantly I also receive abundantly.

We are approaching critical mass on this planet.
It doesn’t take the whole world to awaken just a percentage of humanity choosing to return to Love, to truth, and to their own inner power.
When enough hearts wake up, the frequency of the entire planet shifts.

That’s why I wrote The Love & Liberation Manifesto.
It’s not just a book.
It’s a transmission, a remembering, an activation of the power within you to heal, transform, and embody who you truly are.

I just got home from a 30 day immersion with 25+ women from all over the world. It was so inspiring and helped me to envision and dream more. Not only that but also come away with a fire within me to get to creating.

Travel by bus to the other side of Colombia was long, also a bit restful but not without its challenges. Lost my phone. Shortly after leaving home, lightening struck my internet satellite for the second time this year. Got a new one sent two weeks later and then it just went out last night for what reason, I don't know. The 3rd one in 6 months. Interrupting forces. AHHH

Happy to be home but its also been challenging coming back home and integrating with all the difficulties. Still, I'm grateful for your support.

I got home at 4am on Friday and after resting for a few hours I went hiking & then bathed in the river after. Later I went to the beach the full moon was beautiful. And now I just got back from spending a good while at the river.

Nature...its what keeps me grounded & my nervous system regulated. I just sat by the river, absorbing the sun. I trained some yoga & capoeira & just Shaked my body & moved. I got topless but no doubt wanted to be naked. Trying my best not to stress and get back to the mission.

I was being super consistent these last few weeks & bringing the messages that's mine to bring & then these technology issues occurred. Taking it as a moment to be more still & to release the resistance I've been feeling.

Thank you to everyone who donated money to help get a new phone. . Support is my love language & sometimes I feel like I don't have enough support. Being a single woman with 3 children in a foreign country away from everyone & everything & finding a way regardless of the challenges.

I carry a lot even though I carry it well. Calling in the support I need to bring this vision to life . Thank you all for your continual support. As my born day approaches, I'm more determined than ever because it know it isn't just about me, its really the fate of humanity and we need to rise & work together. Most of us don’t realize how much of our life is shaped by programming:
family trauma, societal conditioning, media narratives, school systems, and a culture built to keep us disconnected from who we truly are.

But the moment you start releasing those limiting beliefs?
Your whole reality begins to shift.

Here’s how to start releasing limiting beliefs:
 
Notice the thoughts that sound like fear, shame, or “I can’t.”
 
Ask yourself: Whose belief is this? Mine or something I inherited?

Sit in nature or silence and listen to your intuition ,your real voice is underneath the noise.

 
Breathe into the belief and feel the emotion underneath it. Emotions reveal the root.

 Replace the old story with the truth of who you ARE, not who the system trained you to be.

Surround yourself with people, books, and environments that expand you.

This is inner liberation work.
This is how we reclaim our power and begin imagining a new world together.

I just love this song. If I could, I'd just walk off into nature & never look back. However, instead of escaping out of this realm, I'm called to fully show up & use my voice, my gifts, and my wisdom to be of service to humanity.

I would rather spend my time in nature, singing, and chasing waterfalls, but I know being online on this platform is serving a greater purpose.

Lately I’ve been chewing on this question heavy in my bones:
Are our “daddy / mommy / parent wounds” actually extensions of colonial violence?
Because the deeper I sit with folks, the clearer it becomes: these aren’t just “personal issues.” These are inherited patterns shaped by patriarchy, silence, and fear — the tools colonization used to split families, sever lineages, and break our sense of self.

You broke the generational curse of swallowing your voice.
You turned your rage into clarity — into medicine —
into the force that taught your heart to stop trembling at his voice, his moods, his authority.

Speaking up is not disrespect.
Self-abandonment is.

Ignoring the lump in your throat,
the ache cracking your chest,
the fracture in your spirit every time he slides into that dismissive, misogynistic posture —
that is the betrayal.
Not you standing on your bizness. Not you reclaiming yourself.

You saw the inflammation living in your mother’s body —
and maybe you’re starting to see it in your own.

Your voice is healing YOU.
Your voice is healing your matrilineal line.
And — if the father figure allows it —
your voice is even healing them.

This isn’t rebellion.
This is repair.
This is lineage correction.
This is your body refusing to carry patriarchal violence one inch further.

This — all of this — is decolonizing therapy.
Because if you can’t speak your truth to the first authority figure  who ever held  authority  over you,
your voice will tremble everywhere else —
in systems that mirror him,
institutions that resemble him,
relationships that reenact him.

Healing the father wound isn’t just personal.
It’s political.
It’s ancestral.
It’s somatic.
It’s liberatory.

And if you can stand up to him?

There is no one left on this earth who can silence you.
