Hey friends! Beach body products are ready to order. Shakes, bars, pre work out, post work out, etc. It costs less then a coffee a day from Starbucks monthly! I'd say summer is coming, but I hate that saying. Love your body like the beautiful machine it is all year long! I'm also still available for meal planning assistance for all your fitness or allergy needs. If supplements aren't for you, we'll stick to Shoprite. Msg me.

Hi friends! The last few months have been a journey for me! And by journey, I mean as if I was in my car being chased by the jeepers creepers bus! Sometimes we can't totally prevent serious health issues or injuries from happening, but being in the best shape we can gives us a fighting chance. The doctor actually said to me that thankfully I was in such good shape otherwise or things would have taken a way worse turn! I am back to book for your nutrition and health needs. If your spouse is tired of hearing you, I'm here to help and be your accountability. I can help you with Shoprite trips, new recipes and cooking. Also, in the past, a lot of you were interested in supplements that I did not provide. I have now teamed up with beach body and provide a complete line of shakeology products.
