Tia - Lyles Williams; born in Gary, Indiana and raised in Houston, Texas started her biotech career as a student at Howard University with a part-time job at its Cancer Center. The first q***r African American woman founder and CEO of a biotech manufacturing company. She is the CEO of three companies: LucasPye BIO, HelaPlex and Goffman Bougard, Inc

Tia is a keynote speaker, a thought leader and a biotech executive who strives to make all her spaces inclusive of communities that have long been sidelined by shattering glass ceilings and allowing members of these communities to grow their roots.
