Do you truly listen to your body? I mean, really listen to the random aches & pains you feel and do something about it? Or do you just brush it off in hopes that it will *magically* go away on its own? ๐Ÿงš๐Ÿฟโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿช„๐Ÿ”ฎ

Your body needs you to support it throughout your entire menstrual cycle, not just when youโ€™re on your period. Our bodies require different nutrients, levels of physical activity, and rest during the month. Itโ€™s our responsibility to nourish ourselves daily as best we can to support the daily processes it requires to operate efficiently. That said, when something feels โ€œoffโ€ itโ€™s our job to advocate for ourselves. If not you, then who? As I always say, if your doctor or medical professional isnโ€™t listening to you or taking you seriously, get a second opinion.

Listen a little closer to your body. Whatโ€™s it saying? How can you better support it today? ๐Ÿงก
