Foot Soaking - Sahaja Yoga Meditation

This technique relieves the body of stress, mind of unwanted thoughts and allows us to connect to our spirit. This technique uses all the elements: Fire (with the candle), Air, Water, Ether and Earth (with salt). The element of Water, Earth and Fire clean and absorb the negativity, Air and Ether elements communicate and connect us to The Energy within.

SELF REALIZATION
Other types of meditation often emphasize focusing the mind, repeating a mantra (chanting) or visualizing a calm scene. All of these involve mental activity and use the power of suggestion or imagination. While these may have some positive effects, in a spiritual sense, these are techniques that operate at the level of our 6th chakra. Sahaja Yoga uses the Kundalini to cross the 6th chakra and experience reality with the opening of our 7th chakra where we get our Self-Realization.
