Family Constellation Workshop: Align With Your Highest Potential
Do you ever wonder, “When will it be my turn to truly thrive?” Or to feel fulfilled… or to fall in love (with life, or myself, or another)… or to feel enduring relief from anxiety or suffering?
Have you ever considered how the experiences and dreams of your ancestors influence how you experience and move through your life? Or have you heard of the experiential therapeutic process of Family Constellations?
If you answered “yes” to any of the above …. then come join us to explore how unseen dynamics and invisible forces enable or disable you from living to your full capacity and highest potentials.
The invitation is to be willing to look at an unrealized goal or issue you are working on, and support others who show up for this workshop. Together we will acknowledge how we all come from systems steeped in drives for love, belonging, and survival, and help one another orient towards more generative and creative futures.
Our intention is to help you take your place in your life with more ease and freedom.

The invitation is to come as you are, ready and willing to co-create a safe and welcoming space, where all participants have the opportunity to tune into the Heart of what arises in each emergent moment we share together.
The intention is to connect, commune, cultivate, and communicate from compassionate loving presence.
The opportunity is to gently and playfully bring forth from one another the essences and unique flavors of the hearts and souls of who we really are.
All you need to do is show up with curiosity, leave your agendas at the door, and agree to everyone exactly as they are.
We will explore breath, movement, and meditation as preparation for sharing from deep, still yet dynamic, presence.
