Join MJ Heart for a seasonal class and special studio offering, Abundance Flow - an all levels + all are welcome morning movement practice with a guided gratitude meditation sprinkled throughout.

In honor of the autumn’s harvest, we will practice together in an elevated state uplifting our collective vibration while reaping from the seeds that we have sown through the summer season. Let us call in, uphold, and honor all the things we are thankful for as we prepare for winter’s rest & nourishing darkness!

This 90 minute class is suitable for all levels of practice & inclusive of grounding + centering, pranayama & breathwork, yin + therapeutic practices, intentional vinyasa flow with modifications, and soothing restorative postures guiding into a sweet savasana & final rest.

All yoga class passes are accepted!
Only $20 drop-in

Join Michael & Rebecca for Sound & Stillness Touch — a shared act of healing through vibration and gentle presence.

Touch, our first felt-sense in the womb, and sound, the vibration of all that is, weave together to invite stillness, deep listening, and ease in body, mind, and spirit. Expect a restorative journey with guided drop-in, optional hands-on touch, sound immersion, and time for reflection. Blankets, bolsters, and blindfolds will be available to help you settle in.

Rebecca offers intuitive healing touch, while Michael creates soundscapes with gongs and bells — together holding space for peace, presence, and renewal.

🌙 Lay back, receive, and let yourself be carried into stillness.
