Do you feel as if you are not doing as much as you would like or as much as you should be?

Cleaning your house is crucial to ensuring good indoor air quality, which would help to prevent COPD exacerbations.

Here are some tips to help you clean your home safely:

👉To improve indoor air quality use air purifiers- HEPA air purifiers are highly effective at removing particles like pollen, mold and dust from the air.

👉 For cleaning, avoid harsh chemicals like fragrances, bleach, ammonia as these could irritate your lungs and even cause more harm than good, instead choose odor-free and
eco-friendly products like white vinegar, baking soda, Lemon juice.

👉 Get some help- Cleaning could be a stressful chore; so it's better to hire a caregiver to do it for you.
